Adidas Originals x Brazil's The Farm Company

This is what I like to do. I like to get a press release about something interesting and then dig around, on the net, in references, in my back knowledge to get the reader something extra.

So when I heard about Adidas Originals upcoming partnership with a cult Brazilian label called The Farm Company, I tried to do a bit of research.

Well, I can't find anything on the label - and I know it has a website because the release told me so (so it must be true). But da nada, zilch, nothing. So, if you know anything about The Farm Company, let me know.

This is a canny collaboration on Adidas Originals part, given that the 2014 FIFA World Cup will take place in Brazil this June and July. And, in the meantime, just look at this pretty stuff.

Iconic bits from Adidas Originals are reworked using four of The Farm Company ́s prints. They're bright, they're Brazilian. It's tribal meets sports luxe extraordinaire.

The collection will hit stores in Brazil on March 22 exclusively via The Farm Company (in store and online). It's available from adidas Originals outlets and online from 1 April 2014.
